This page is maintained by the zadQR platform owner to describe current data practices. It is not an independent certification; it is a best-effort statement.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, and profile picture if you upload one.
- Restaurant data: name, slug, contact details, working hours, and menu content.
- Usage data: anonymized public-menu visits (device type, source, timestamp) shown in your analytics.
How we use data
- To operate your account and render your public menu.
- To provide simple in-dashboard analytics.
- To contact you about your account and service updates.
Infrastructure
zadQR runs on trusted cloud providers for database, storage, and authentication. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and isolated per-restaurant using row-level security policies.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, auth, email) and only to the minimum extent needed.
Retention
We retain data while your account is active. Upon deletion, your restaurant data is removed within a reasonable period (except where retention is required for legal or accounting reasons).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via WhatsApp.
Cookies
We use local browser storage for preferences (language, dark mode) and your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and tenant isolation. No system is 100% secure.
Children
zadQR is not directed to individuals under 16.
Policy updates
We may update this policy. We will announce material changes inside the app.
