This page is maintained by the zadQR platform owner to explain the terms governing use of the platform. By using zadQR you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Content ownership
Menu content (names, descriptions, images, prices) remains owned by the restaurant. You grant zadQR a limited license to display that content on your public menu page.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not publish unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to breach the platform or abuse it via automated means.
- Do not use zadQR to send spam or fraudulent content.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are managed from the Billing page inside the dashboard. Any future pricing change will be communicated in advance.
5. WhatsApp ordering
zadQR can forward customer orders to the restaurant's WhatsApp number. zadQR does not process payments or guarantee order fulfillment — that is the restaurant's responsibility.
6. Suspension
zadQR may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks, with notice where possible.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
